There are two County-wide issues on the ballot:
Issue 1- A proposed Constitutional Amendment regarding "Rights for Crime Victims".
Issue 2 - A proposed Law to require state agencies to not pay more for prescription drugs than the federal Department of Veterans Affairs and require state payment of attorney fees and expenses to specific individuals for defense of the law.
For more information on the above issues, please refer to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections website, www.boe.cuyahogacounty.us.
There are no local issues appearing on the ballot, however, you will have the opportunity to select up to seven (7) out of eight (8) candidates running for City Council. Council Terms are two-year terms and are "at large" positions (serving the entire area rather than a specific subdivision).
