Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion is a fitness class that combines the principles of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and Calisthenics to improve Cardio, Strength and Flexibility. There is strong emphasis on posture, core strength and proper technique. A ballet barre is used with one’s body for resistance while preforming various leg, hip and seat exercises. Light hand weights are used throughout the class to focus on toning arms, back and shoulders.

Body Shop for the Young @ Heart

Come join us for a total body workout that includes a variety of easy to follow exercises which will burn calories and sculpt and tone your entire body. This class will help increase your strength and improve overall balance. This fun, low-impact workout is perfect for all levels of fitness and is designed for the young at heart!

This 45-minute Cycling class is an intense cardio & strength workout designed to bring maximum results in minimal time! We begin with 20 minutes of cardiovascular training on the bike, followed by 20 minutes of core and upper body exercises. This class will torch calories, sculpt & tone your entire body and is perfect for all levels of fitness!

Tai Chi Chigong is a special exercise of internal Kongfu which develops a strong connection between your mind and body's internal energy.  Its combines the graceful movements of Tai Chi with other health promoting skills & drills.  This exercise will lead to energy, balance, relaxation, mental sharpness and wellness of self-defense.  Your instructor is Master Li Zhang, Associate Professor of Physical Education, Fifth Degree Black Belt Kongfu Instructor, Champions of All-American Tai Chi.
