Shallow Water Exercise

Tuesdays & Fridays, 9:30-10:30 am

This class consists of a warm-up, moderate cardiovascular workout, and emphasizes muscle strengthening, toning and increased flexibility.  Please join Instructor Linda and the rest of the group at one of our scheduled classes.


Aqua Group Fitness

Mondays, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Water workouts offer strength, balance, flexibility,and cardiovascular health.  Workouts are performed

against the resistance of the water causing all movements to strengthen and tone. Maintaining balance in the water throughout the workout also increases core muscle strength.   Instructor Therese will keep the group motivated with routines that utilize the properties of the water while also promoting cardio health.



Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

Restore or increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion through gentle movements in the water guided by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor. 

 

Aqua Pi-Yo-Chi

Mondays: 11am
Wednesdays: 7:30pm

Aqua-Pi-Yo-Chi introduces the strength of Pilates, the balance of Yoga, and the energy revitalization of Ai Chi. This class reinforces muscle activation, geometric torso, and correct postural alignment that can only be achieved in the pool.
