The Community Services and Recreation Departments are surveying Independence residents to find out what types of programming and facilities they would like the City to add or improve upon. Your opinion matters!
The survey is anonymous and voluntary. Resident can take the survey online OR pick up a paper copy at the Civic Center. Completed surveys can be dropped off at the Recreation Department or mailed to:
